Rob and Monica Segovia-Welsh run the small, family bakery. In their home wood-fired oven they produce and sell breads, pastries, and granola. 

Production Practices - Naturally leavened and yeasted breads, pastries, and granolas. Over 80% of the flours used are grown in North Carolina. All baked goods produced in NCDA approved home kitchen.

 Chicken Bridge Bakery sells at the Saturday and Wednesday Markets.
